In article the urgency and efficiency of complex institutional approach to the analysis of contractual labour relations in the industry is proved. On the basis of results of sociological researches of scientific research institute «Social technologies» of the Samara state university within the limits of monitoring of sociolabor sphere of the enterprises and the organisations of the Samara region in 2000–2007, are given characteristics to institutional elements of contractual labour relations and conclusions concerning conditions necessary for formation of civilised social institute
